GETTING INTO THE TEA HOUSE JAPANESE GARDEN ENTRANCE You are at the entrance of a beautiful Japanese garden. A curved pathway to the northeast leads deeper into the garden. Directly south is a gate leading back to the store. >ne You cross a small bridge and follow curved pathways deeper into the garden. Wandering through the garden makes you feel serene and peaceful. STONE STEP You are on a stone step. A small tea house stands directly to your north. A wooden step leads upwards and northwards into the tea house. The rice paper panel door to the teahouse is closed. To the southwest is the curved pathway back through the garden. >open door You don't see any way to open the door. There must be some sort of trick to it. >n You try to climb the wooden step to enter the tea house, but the rice paper panel door won't open for you. >take off shoes The rice paper panel door opens as you slip out of your shoes and leave them behind on the lower step. You enter the tea house. The rice paper panel door closes behind you. TEA HOUSE There's a low table in the center of the tea house. Near the west wall you see a large tape recorder and a plastic box of audio cassettes. The rice paper panel door is to the south.
